Shipping policy

Please allow 12 - 14 business days "AFTER" the processing time for your order to be fulfilled.  Processing time is 3 - 5 business days. *Business days DO NOT include weekends and or holidays. 

SHIPPING TIME

Occurs after the fulfillment period has finished. 

  • United States - 2 to 7 Business days via USPS Priority Mail 
  • International - 6 to 10 Business days via USPS Priority Mail

* This time does not include the processing period.

THE FULFILLMENT PROCESS:

  1. You pay for your order.
  2. You will receive an Order Confirmation Email.
  3. The Processing period begins. Processing time 3 to 5 BUSINESS DAYS. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing period is extended for Wigs. Processing period is extended 1 to 5 Business  duringa sale period. (More info below)
  4. After the Processing period is , your order will be created and fulfilled (10 to 14 Business days).
  5. You will receive an Order Fulfillment email.
  6. Your package is shipped off via USPS Mail.

THE PROCESSING TIME:

This time it takes to receive hair/product from our trusted vendors and enough time for Quality Control. It allows us to test out all hair to make sure they meet our quality standards. Anything we find wrong will immediately be fixed.

  • EXPECT DELAYS DURING SALE PERIODS AND HOLIDAYS 

If any order is placed on a national holiday or after 5p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it willbe shipped the following business day AFTER the processing period. If you need your order expedited, please send us an email salonkhairspa@yahoo.com before placing an order to see if we are able to meet your expected date. We will not be held responsible if you did not reach out to us to confirm if we are able to meet your expected,date of delivery outsideof the normal processing and shipping rules. Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number via the email address used on your billing profile.

Please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. 

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes. 

If your tracking information States that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (either the USPS or FedEx or UPS - depending onthe shipping method selected) and address the issuedirectly with them. Salon KHairSpa does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
